Il est absolument n\u00e9cessaire et concerne tous les \u00e2ges, m\u00eame l\u2019enfance. Il nous permet de faire face aux exigences que nous rencontrons.\u00a0 Le stress positif est indispensable, et c\u2019est l\u2019exc\u00e8s de stress qui peut \u00eatre, lorsqu\u2019il est prolong\u00e9, <strong>nocif<\/strong> pour l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size has-very-dark-gray-color\">Le <strong>stress d\u00e9favorable<\/strong> ou <strong>mauvais stress<\/strong> est souvent li\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e8nements ou changements de vie (deuil, divorce, s\u00e9paration, expatriation, maladie, perte d\u2019emploi, ch\u00f4mage, grossesse, accidents, traumatismes etc\u2026) et ses manifestations sont tr\u00e8s variables d\u2019une personne \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Il aura des r\u00e9percussions sur diff\u00e9rents plans\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong>Physique<\/strong>\u00a0: migraines, maux de dos, tensions musculaires, palpitations, hyperventilation (souffle court et rapide), fatigue, vertiges, troubles du sommeil, insomnie, naus\u00e9es, vomissements\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong>Affectif<\/strong> et <strong>\u00e9motionnel<\/strong>\u00a0: agitation, angoisse, \u00e9pisodes de panique, irritabilit\u00e9 et col\u00e8re, d\u00e9pression et tristesse\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong>Cognitif<\/strong>\u00a0: troubles de la m\u00e9moire et de la concentration, pessimisme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pens\u00e9es anxieuses, difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong>Comportemental<\/strong>\u00a0: modifications des habitudes alimentaires, abus d\u2019alcool, de tabac et de drogues, isolement, incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size has-very-dark-gray-color\">Le <strong>burnout<\/strong> ou <em>syndrome d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel<\/em> rentre dans le cadre de la gestion du stress. Il se traduit par un \u00e9tat d\u2019<strong>\u00e9puisement<\/strong> physique, \u00e9motionnel et mental qui r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un investissement prolong\u00e9 dans des situations de travail exigeantes sur le plan \u00e9motionnel\u00a0(Schaufeli et Greenglass). Il se caract\u00e9rise par\u00a0: une fatigue extr\u00eame (le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre totalement vid\u00e9 de ses ressources), un certain cynisme vis-\u00e0-vis du travail lui-m\u00eame, des clients et des coll\u00e8gues, et un sentiment d\u2019incomp\u00e9tence et de non-accomplissement personnel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size has-very-dark-gray-color\">Que vous soyez en p\u00e9riode de <strong>burnout<\/strong> ou en <strong>\u00e9tat de stress prolong\u00e9<\/strong>, voire chronique, je me propose de vous accompagner vers un mieux-\u00eatre int\u00e9rieur, en vous aidant tout d\u2019abord \u00e0 identifier la ou les causes de votre stress pour apprendre \u00e0 mieux le g\u00e9rer.
