Letting go is an approach inviting us to accept that things don\u2019t always happen as planned. We often work on trying to control everything. This behaviour is generally inefficient and exhausting, and prompts us to spend a lot of energy in vain, which causes stress and anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sophrology offers numerous tools to help us let go.
