In a one-to-one session, I offer a customized follow-up according to your demand that may change later on. I adapt the techniques as closely as possible to your needs, your feelings and your discoveries. We go step by step, at your own pace, and we can at any time redefine your goals together. The very first session is a meeting. It allows to establish a climate of trust and what we call the “alliance” can take place.
Each session is divided into three steps:
The preliminary interview: a time for welcoming, listening and exchanging. During the first appointment, you will be able to tell about your problem and your expectations in relation to the sophrology sessions. Then, it’s a time during which you can freely talk about your state, as well as the changes you’ve noticed between each session.
The practice: a time for learning and assimilating the sophrological tools. Together, we put into practice the techniques that fit your demand best.
The feedback: a time during which you can express yourself about how you experienced the session and how you felt, in a non-judgmental space.
In Sophrology, the techniques can be done standing, sitting or lying down.
It is possible to record the sessions (for home use only) to allow you to repeat the techniques by yourself, and thus assimilate them more quickly.
