“Letting go” doesn’t only mean relaxing and being calm, or releasing tensions. Letting go is an approach inviting us to accept that things don’t always happen as planned. We often work on trying to control everything. This behaviour is generally inefficient and exhausting, and prompts us to spend a lot of energy in vain, which causes stress and anxiety.
Sophrology offers numerous tools to help us let go. It’s about taking some distance, without being overwhelmed with negative thoughts and emotions, so that we can consider a situation differently, with a new eye, and find new strategies to manage the difficulties we encounter. “Letting go” also means learning how to be focused on what we’re doing, here and now, without thinking about the past or the future.
So, if you wish to take some distance, be in touch with your body and live the present moment, don’t wait to register for one of my worshops on firstname.lastname@example.org
