I’m offering a Sophrology workshop that will give you the key to better quality sleep. I will show you techniques based on 3 main components :
- conscious breathing (low and deep breathing which is conducive to good sleep),
- relaxation techniques (learning how to disconnect from your everyday life and let go of your tensions facilitates the transition from being awake to falling asleep),
- positive visualizations (that will induce harmony and calm).
