“How can Sophrology improve the quality of your sleep?

Do you have trouble falling asleep, suffer from insomnia, wake up several times per night or are you a restless sleeper ? Do your thoughts, worries or your stress prevent you from getting restorative sleep ?

I’m offering a Sophrology workshop that will give you the key to better quality sleep. I will show you techniques based on 3 main components :

  1. conscious breathing (low and deep breathing which is conducive to good sleep),
  2. relaxation techniques (learning how to disconnect from your everyday life and let go of your tensions facilitates the transition from being awake to falling asleep),
  3. positive visualizations (that will induce harmony and calm).
